1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of anthonyjacobsfinancial.com (the "Site") and the related services, communications, forms, downloads, scheduling tools, agent login area, and text messaging program offered by Anthony Jacobs Financial, LLC ("Anthony Jacobs Financial," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site, submitting a form, requesting a consultation or download, creating an agent login, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Who We Are

Anthony Jacobs Financial, LLC is an independent financial services and insurance firm located in Matawan, New Jersey. We work with individuals and families on retirement, insurance, and financial strategies, and we connect prospective clients with licensed agents in their area.

3. Eligibility

The Site and our services are intended for adults located in the United States who are 18 years of age or older. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or another individual, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

4. Description of Services

Through the Site you may:

-Use calculators and view educational videos

-Subscribe to newsletters and educational email content

-Register for events and webinars

-Opt in to receive text messages from us

-Access the agent login area, if you are an authorized agent

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or services at any time without notice.

5. Educational Content Is Not Personalized Advice

The content on the Site, including articles, guides, videos, calculators, illustrations, and general commentary, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, or insurance advice, and it does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship between you and Anthony Jacobs Financial, LLC.

Calculator results, projections, and hypothetical examples are estimates based on the assumptions entered. They are not guarantees, quotes, or offers, and actual results will vary. Past performance does not predict future results.

You should consult a licensed professional regarding your own situation before acting on anything you read or view on the Site. Tax and legal matters should be reviewed with your own accountant or attorney.

6. Insurance and Financial Products

Insurance and annuity products are offered through licensed insurance agents and are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations, underwriting requirements, and issuance decisions of the issuing carrier. Product availability, features, and rates vary by state and are subject to change.

Any guarantees associated with an insurance or annuity product are backed solely by the financial strength and claims paying ability of the issuing insurance company. They are not guaranteed by Anthony Jacobs Financial, LLC, by any bank, or by any federal or state government agency.

Submitting a form or speaking with an agent does not bind coverage, guarantee approval, or create a quote. No coverage is in force until an application is approved and a policy is issued by the carrier.

7. Text Messaging Program and SMS Terms

7.1 Program description

If you opt in, Anthony Jacobs Financial, LLC will send you text messages related to your relationship with our firm. These may include appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow up instructions, document and application status updates, billing or account notifications, responses to questions you send us, and, where you have separately consented, educational content and event invitations.

7.2 How you opt in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on the Site, by texting a keyword or a message to a number we provide, by giving written consent on a form, or by giving verbal consent to one of our representatives that we document in our records. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are 18 years of age or older.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

7.3 Message frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 10 messages per month, plus additional messages sent in direct response to a request or a question you send us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Anthony Jacobs Financial, LLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent and received.

7.4 How to opt out and how to get help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (844) 448-2265. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

7.5 Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Our messaging program is supported by major United States carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Google Voice, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7.6 Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging platform providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7.7 Changes to your number

If you change or give up the mobile number associated with your consent, you agree to notify us promptly so that we do not send messages to a number that no longer belongs to you.

7.9 Changes to your number

If you change or give up the mobile number associated with your consent, you agree to notify us promptly so that we do not send messages to a number that no longer belongs to you.

8. Email Communications

By providing your email address, you agree that we may send you communications related to your inquiry, your appointments, and any products or services you hold with us. If you have opted in to marketing email, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing message. We will continue to send transactional and service related messages regarding products or accounts you hold with us.

9. Agent Login Area

Access to the agent login area is limited to authorized agents and staff. If you are issued credentials, you agree to keep them confidential, to use the area only for legitimate business purposes, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your credentials. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

-Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose

-Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization

-Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or another user's account

-Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code

-Scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to collect information from the Site

-Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features

-Copy, reproduce, or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission

-Use our name, logo, or content in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission

11. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, video, guides, calculators, layout, and design, are owned by Anthony Jacobs Financial, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print materials from the Site for your own personal, noncommercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. All other rights are reserved.

12. Third Party Websites and Embedded Content

The Site contains links to and embedded content from third party websites, including social media platforms, video hosting services, mapping services, calculator tools, and external reference sites. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement. 14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and noninfringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, calculator output, or third party information appearing on the Site.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthony Jacobs Financial, LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, our communications, or our services, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anthony Jacobs Financial, LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable state or federal consumer protection or insurance laws.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

19. Termination and Severability

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any service at any time, for any reason, without notice. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anthony Jacobs Financial, LLC regarding the Site.
